Butternut Squash is a favorite crop for SweetBee to grow. This squash has a sweet, nutty flavor with a firm, sticky mouth feel. It is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C, and potassium and low in calories.

A simple, delicious way to use of it in the kitchen is by roasting it and serving it as an appetizer or a side.

Steps:

  1. Cut the squash in half lengthwise and scoop out the seeds, drizzle olive oil, salt, pepper, and sugar
  2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  3. Bake the squash for 35 minutes
  4. Enjoy
