Add Items to Your Cart.
Once logged in, browse our selection and add the desired items to your cart.

Proceed to Checkout.
Complete all necessary information, apply any voucher codes for additional savings, and include order notes for special requests.

Select Delivery or Pick-up.
- For delivery, choose one of the following options: a. Contact me regarding any concerns before delivery. b. Fulfill my order as best as possible and proceed with delivery as soon as possible.
- If you opt for pick-up, you will be notified when your order is ready at our Taguig warehouse.

Review and Confirm Your Order.
Ensure your billing details and contact information are correct before finalizing your order.
Yes, you can still edit the cart contents and order quantities if your orders are still in the cart or on the checkout page. But if orders were already placed, please Contact Us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Visit ‘Track My Order‘ to monitor the real-time location of your order.
Yes, as long as you meet the 6:00 AM cut-off for order cancellations. Please understand that cancellations made after the said cut-off will NOT be allowed due to the perishable nature of our products.
For cancelled orders with online pre-payments, kindly refer to our Refund Policy.

We strive to deliver your order within your selected timeslot. In case of a delay due to unforeseen or unavoidable circumstances, our Customer Support team will promptly contact you to provide an updated delivery time. If you have any other concerns, please don’t hesitate to Contact Us.
- If you’ve chosen cash on delivery and the reason for non-delivery is due to unsuccessful attempts to contact you on your scheduled delivery date, your order will be marked as ‘Undelivered.’ No additional delivery attempts will be made, and no refunds will be provided due to the perishable nature of our products.
- If you’ve paid online, we will make one additional attempt to deliver your items the following day. If this attempt is also unsuccessful, no refunds will be issued.
Yes, you can pick up your order as long as you meet our 4:00 PM cut-off time. You may also arrange for your own courier to pick up your order from our warehouse at:

If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items. We are committed to resolving any problems, provided they meet the following conditions:
- The incorrect produce was delivered.
- The produce is damaged or of poor quality.
For Excess Payments:
If you have made an excess payment, you have the following options:
- Place a New Order: Use the excess amount for another purchase.
- Credit for Future Purchases: Apply the excess amount to upcoming purchases.
- Request a Refund: Subject to the processing time of your bank or payment provider.
For Cancelled Orders:
Orders cancelled before our 6:00 AM cut-off time will automatically be refunded, subject to the processing time of your respective bank or payment provider.
